Just out of interest am I to take it that a 10 second fitting job means that these indicators just prize off the body, then you unplug and plug back in to the new unit an electrical connection and snap back in to the body?

Sorry, should've made that clear but both mk1 and 2's the same. Yes they are plug and play, lever out the old one, fit the new one.
