I considered fitting the Seat part - opted for this Rubber type and i've been happy with it, no issues at Speed or with bad weather I've had mine on the Car for 2 years i think

I sat mine back from the Front edge tho - to the rear edge of the Bumper, in line with the fixings for the undertray - to me the facelift bumper always looked like it was missing a finisher on this underside.

Hi Paul.
Yes I looked at that area but liked it more on the front edge, do you have a photo you can post up for contrast for members

But the best thing is that it only cost £7.50 off ebay, it is stick on but Arctic being Arctic used an extra 21 screws to secure it to the bottom of the bumper for life (Cheers Steve as always going above and beyond to help club members)

Looks good and I did consider something similar but, I went for the SEAT splitter as I prefer the way they taper down to nothing at the wheel arch
I like the gap at centre front on the SEAT ones too

Either way, they definitely improve the front of the car

these are the best images i could find at the minute that show the Front Trim Piece on my Car

it does take a different line (as viewed from the front) when fitted here - I like it tho

[IMG] [/IMG]

I do like the Seat Trim Piece when fitted to a ZT the Universal Rubber Trim Looks Good on the ZT fitted at the front edge of the Bumper

i thought these options would look Out of Place on my 75 tho..

Happy with this Universal Lip Trim tho - easy enough to remove without major upset/damage if required

'Just in case', anyone got the part number for the Seat splitter?

It looks almost OEM.

Cheers

Hi Ian.
Here you go 1ML805903 not cheap now, they were only £25 when I first added one to my first tourer 9 years ago. they are double that now and some sellers even try it on and ask £89.00

Blast, knew this would happen.

I'm now getting far too interested, but here goes.

How is it attached to the bumper on our cars?

Here's how I fitted mine mate. Post 268 I think

https://the75andztclub.co.uk/forum/s...216283&page=27

The Seat one does look OE but lots of enthusiasts have been fitting across quite a few makes and Seat have cottoned on hence price.

Can't blame them. Supply and Demand
