Default Camshaft sensor

Hi,

I've been getting a fault message on the Torque app regarding the camshaft sensor.

No symptoms yet, but thought I'd best get a new sensor for the day it actually packs in.

I found this cam sensor on Ebay brand new, including cable and plug.

I can't quite believe the price of £15, so I thought I'd take a chance and order one, I'll let you know how it works out when I've fitted it.

A good spot!
It doesn't look much different that the current OEM MGR ones, which are knocked up in Egypt.

Like the one on the right here:

At that price I might order one up, as a spare.

Looks like mine's on the way out too. I just got one of these, are you going to do a 'how to' regarding fitting it Phil?

I think there is one already, It really is a simple 5 minute job.
The sensor is right in front of the oil filler cap, look down when you open the bonnet and you will see it.

Good tip, thought I'd be quick and order the last one!

Until I saw the postage cost, £19.95 - to me in Sweden, ridiculous that postage is more than the sensor. Someone else can have it.

Thanks anyway
