Default Marinabrian - Advice Needed

Hello Brian,

We have not met because I'm right on South Coast, and I can't drive far.

Can you advise me on the Best Spark Plugs for my 2 ltr V6 Auto.

Don't mind cost, just want best you can recommend.

Hope you don't mind request, and perhaps we will meet up one day

Thank you very much.

Hi Colvert,

No John. I had a silly moment. If we had met you would know what I mean. Scatter brain doesn't come into it, I'm just mad All you have to do is put me in a quiet corner .

Seriously though, I know the V6 plugs are difficult to change, and I want the best available. Denso, NGF, I don't mind but Marinabrian has just recommended NGK Platinum PFR6N-11, so I will go with them.

Car is due a service and I like to provide all the service parts myself, rather than let the garage chuck in the first thing on the shelf. With that in mind I seek out recommendations from amongst our experianced club members. I'm sure other members do the same.

There was a time when I did all the servicing myself, but time has taken it's toll.

Thanks for your interest John.

No problem.

I still do my own servicing even though I'm probably older than you.
My fingers still just work. ( but brain I'm not too sure about. )

Hi John,

Two old codgers together then eh, 'cause I won't see eighty again. Never mind.
What is it they say, your only as old as you feel, or only as often as your felt.

Anyway, take care and keep well. I'm trying to keep my speed down on my mobility scooter
