Delphi DS150S OBD2?

Hi I have a Delphi DS150 and it works on my 2002 Diesel using the data port

But when I use a Kennwei KW902. I dont get a readout, (red light)

Do I take it the port is not OBD2 compliant.

With the delphi working fine then I'd say something is up with the other thingy.
