I'll wager you've got one of two possible leaks
Either the roof skin return seam, or the tailgate opening seam. Either way it runs down the inside of the D pillar and drips in the middle of the cubby box recess

wet patch cure
had the same problem i found the leak was round rear screen the cure? arr captain tollys crack seal cost ? about £5 quid dont laugh just follow the instructions on the container its the 8th wonder of the world good luck keith B
