Default Chrome trim removal...???

What is the best way to remove the chrome trim that runs along the seal ( Below the front/rear passenger doors ) the paint is flaking and I want to get it sprayed but not sure how to go about getting it off ...

All help gratefully recieved.

Warm them up....they are a hairpin clip...the hair pin on the bottom edge, a lip on the top....a wide blade scraper or credit card does the job.

Blade in at the bottom...The lift / slide upwards to compress the hairpin and pop it of the top edge

Polished metal.....part the reason the ZT ones flake, as they never gave them a good key prior to painting

Pete if that floats your boat Personally I think the chrome on a ZT looks good, I can't help but thinking a brushed finish wouldn't look right.
