Cable under drivers seat
I noticed this on the floor when changing handbrake compensator over.
I know it is supposed to attach to the seat but what is it for. For now I might take the fitting off the passenger seat and fit to my seat. |

That's for the seatbelt height adjuster in the "B" pillar, as you more the seat back and forward the seatbelt height automatically adjusts.

it has a pin and clasp assembly that slips in and turns to lock into position - i'd say try to get the proper part from a breakers
