Default Electric rear blind

I have tried to search for this, but search seems to be broken. My rear blind stopped working, so I took it out today and I had to disassemble the motor box with spring etc in, managed to fix the broken motor. The blind now goes up really slowly, but is really quick when it goes down. I took it apart again and everything looks to be OK, paid particular attention to the spring (which will only fit one way) anybody got any suggestions of what to try next?

lubricate the rollers on the ends of the scissoring arms... use silicone spray or graphite spray...

Thread moved to appropriate forum. Re-direct left in old. This may be the better forum as things get 'buried' very quickly in the General Forum.
