I have the CX300II and they outperform all other earphones ive had, even the £80 offerings from Bose.
Personally, I found the Skull Candy earphones lacking in low frequencies, which is really the whole point of them, at £35 I was disappointed. The Sennheiser CX300 though have always delivered a rich sound, what impresses me with them is that even with the thick creamy bass it doesn't drown out the higher frequencies like hi-hats etc...its all still there. I always found them to have a very similar performance to my old Cyrus system...but in a 'in your head' package. |

Another vote for the Sennheiser's, great sound and tough as old boots!

I've been using some Soundmagic E10s for the past few months, and I have to say, I'm very impressed with them for the price. They were about £35. Nice build quality as well.

It never ceases to amaze me how a £25 pair of buds can sound much better than £2k of home hifi!!!

Well, received my soundmagic e10s yesterday and all I can say is wow! Make my old pair of Phillips sound horrible! Great buy and for £30 give headphones 3 times the money a run for their money.

I'd love some decent earbuds but I just don't get on with them. They always slide out gradually, losing the bass response.
