Morning all - 'tis a bright sunny day up here at the moment, albeit a bit on the cold side after a sharp overnight frost.
Taxi driving duties for me today - wife to local hospital for another session of physio on her left arm, followed by daughter to a different local hospital for an antenatal appointment. I'm getting a wee bit cautious about having daughter in the car now as she is due tomorrow
I well remember one of my neighbour's daughters costing him a hefty bill for valeting the inside of his car - she decided to put in her appearance in the car, in a bus stop, on the way to the maternity hospital
Another landmark - 10 years tomorrow since I retired

We were walking the girls along the shore the other day. Maya decided to try walking on a frozen rock pool . . . . CRACK! Plunged into freezing water halfway up her body, mad scramble to get out again.

The funniest one on ice was Cora, the Doberman we had when I was younger. She was like Bambi on ice, all four legs heading in different directions

Afternoon all, beautiful dry day here, The driveway hasn't been this dry for months so got things out of the damp garage drying

Clearing the freezer drawer out so breaded fish, fish fingers potato wedgies & mushy peas for tea tonight.

Had some right stinky jobs to do today! Breaking the bagged up horse muck cobs into smaller pieces & syphoning off the comfrey tea which has been fermenting in a 30 gallon barrel since last September , Boy did that stink or what I remembered to wear rubber gloves this time as the stench is hard to wash off with anything you care to mention

I've diluted it down 10 to 1 into 24 empty 2litre milk containers half for one greenhouse & half for the other. Tomato plants love it
