Hi Lewis, I Have had an email from the editor of the Austin federation newsletter asking what we thought the meet and our club so I think that we may get a bit of a write up and I have told them if they want any further information to get in touch with you as you were the one who done all the work in organizing the meet
Best regards to you and thank you for a wonderful day
Derek

Hi Derek
That would be great for the club if we get a write up. Thanks very much for keeping me updated. What I think would be good is if next year we have the Pride of Longbridge on Saturday and a National meeting on the Sunday. It would be great to try to make a weekend of it.

That's what happened last year, it was perfect... Longbridge on the Saturday, RAF Cosford on the Sunday.

I am right with you there Lewis As far as I can gather the Pride of Longbridge 2011 will be on April the 18th so the club has plenty of time to do some organizing and after all Gaydon did seem very poplar so i am sure that it could be made a great weekend meet
regards Derek

Be advised RAF Cosford have introduced parking Charges but its still free to enter the museum. up to 3 hours £2 and 3 to 8 hours £3. Still a very good and cheap day out.

Yes, it would be good if the dates could be arranged well in advance. It would give me chance to organise my life around these meetings instead of lazing on the Costa del Sol as happened this time round.
It's not possible to go to Gaydon too often either as the exhibits are constantly changing.

I think what Bernard is saying Rob that like me and many others we have to arrange our holidays a year in advance I myself have all ready lost two £40 deposits in the past by giving the club my support and I can no longer afford to do this so all we are asking is for the national meets to be organize well in advance and not at the last minute
