Default Navall unit draining battery

Hi everyone, Anyone had issues with the Navall 3 head unit draining their battery?. I have had this issue, the head unit works fine but have noticed that with the head unit coonected it draws 0.3A with everything switched off which is enough to flatten a battery if the car aint used for a few days.

0.3 amp is more than an idle Naval unit should be drawing.

If you lock the car at night are there any other lights on in the car after a few mins?

May be worth disconnecting it to see if it will reset with no power .

I agree with Derek.
Mine is disconnected at the back of the unit in the boot.
I reconnect it when I need to use it again.

Thanks for the replies, I think I'm going to disconnect the permanent live and leave it like that. The permanent live only saves radio presets and time settings. I think that the head unit is the problem it should stay 'awake' but it's drawing far too much current. these head units have had there day anyway, if you have got a quality smartphone it does things better than any android head unit. Why does everything go out of date so quickly
