Afternoon all, currently laid up in bed, been spewing all morning. Felt fine last night, but got up to have a run off about 7, and felt grotty. Had 2 episodes of sickness, feel better but still grotty.

Morning Jeff - and what a grotty one it is too. Dark grey clouds and it's persisting down. No car today (it's off to the garage for a new clutch master cylinder) so I'm confined to barracks. It's so cold, I may even have to put the central heating on
