He's obviously really keen - you never know, we may have another Lewis Rabbet (young, keen, committed to the car and club...) in our midst. It's a very generous offer

The plan is for me to get my local garage to give the car a onceover and ideally MOT it, assuming costs are not prohibitive. I will report back to Thomas and all being well we will work out the handover. I have spoken to Tony and he appears to be a totally genuine guy, who wants the car to end up with a good home and hence his post on our forum. Like many members, I think that Thomas will be the ideal recipient of Tony's generosity. |

I am trying to imagine the smile on a young lads face when he gets a free 75 delivered. Christmas for Thomas will truly have come early this year if it all goes to plan, so well done to both you and Tony for an uncommon generosity of spirit.

Hi thanks to everyone for their support I'm truely overwelmed by the people on here. I'm so indebted to tonybubble for doing all he has and is continuing to do and to the other Tony who has graciously given his car away. I'm so excited as many of you can probably expect. I'm a rover and mg man through and even though I'm young i have a great enthusiasm for all things British. Also I said that I will make a donation to the club when I get payed which I will do no matter what happens. Many thanks to you all regards Thomas
