Default Help buying a MG ZT-T

I’m looking to buy a ZT-T 2.0 from a seller. The car is based in Ipswich and I’m from Liverpool. They have sent me a number of photos and videos. I am happy with the price. So I’m looking to possibly leave a deposit and get a transporter to collect the car. It a near 9 hour round trip and I don’t have transport to offer me a lift. The train is even longer.

Anyway the seller has provided this:

FOR SALE

MG ZT-T 2.0 CDTi 135+ Manual
Factory Xpower chip
Xpower Grey paint
Half leather interior
172k miles
Very good condition considering age and mileage
2 keys.
Recent service incl Oil+filter, Fuel filter and air filter in March.
Tyres all have 5mm+ and brakes all good.
Clutch replaced a few years ago and feels very strong.
Brand new wiper blades all around.
New Rear badge.
New NSF drop link in March.
New brake servo and washer pump in February.
Fixed towbar with 13 pin electrics.
NO RUST.

Small holes in the drivers seat and a broken stitch on the passenger side.
Passenger front door does not unlock from the key, but unlocks from the handle inside, and locks fine.
Small dent on the tailgate but barely noticeable.

Car was owned by an experienced MG technician for many years so although it was very well maintained, there is a lack of paperwork.

The car drives absolutely perfectly and pulls very strong.
Will happily reach 50mpg on a motorway run and capable of 700 miles per tank.
Complete with the original boot cover/dog guard.

Perfect daily driver or work horse.

Based in Ipswich, Suffolk.

The Reg is SH54VDP

It has an aftermarket radio fitted that I may replace with an original unit, ti so it’s in keeping with the rest of the car. The drivers seat I have found another online and they have mentioned the headlining is starting to sag a little?

Are there any issues to look out for or problem areas?

Thank you

Rob
