Elite cars does have a reputation to hold up with regards to the 260 so might be worth the look but I can only see one

The other ad says 'wanted'
He's always looking

A special R75 V8, with it being in white? Though a 'special' price too!

Be wary of this one. I had Tim, from 260s all set to go and see this on my behalf as I was very interested - and it was originally retailing for less than £5000. Suddenly, he's fobbed off with a lame excuse and I get a broken-english text message saying "Sorry car not for sale now sorry".

Now it's reappeared with a £4000+ mark up.

Still has the mismatched steering wheel against the black oak dash.

Yea, what a time waster, I'd struggle to buy a wet paper bag off him. Pity does look good in white.

I agree the price was about right at the previous figure but not now. One think it actually came from the factory with that steering wheel, which is odd but it did. I have a photo somewhere when it was taken to a MG/Rover meet by guys at Rover. Admit the black oak would have looked better (for a while) but it certainly had this wheel very early in it's life.

If anyone on here seriously thinks that ANY Rover 75/MG ZT is worth £10,000 no matter WHAT engine it has with 85,000 miles on it, you need to have a word with yourself!

There are several blown V8's that could easily command that sort of price.
