Default CD Changer with aftermarket HU

I decided to change my HU on MG ZT (facelift) with JVC KD-SH1000. I've already got the steering wheel adapter from autoleads, radio fascia on the way from Rimmer Brothers (however the 50 quid I spent on it seems ridiculous for a piece of plastic). The only thing is whether I will be available to use the standard CD/MP3 changer with JVC HU. I understand that without using an adapter (if any is available) or cutting cables it won't work. But is it possible at all? If not, can I use the existing loom to use a JVC cd changer?
