Default Sat nav unit replacement

Hi all, not been here for a while.
I had a problem with my battery draining overnight, It turned out to be the cd driver on the sat nav system.
I now have to keep this unplugged (boot mounted) and plug it in when I need the sat nav.
I assume that the problem was with this unit and not a problem away from the unit that kept the power to the unit on.
Am I making sense??
Anyway there is a unit on ebay.
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/eBayISAPI.dll?...m=140152552595
Will this plug staright in and is it likely to cure the peoblem?
My car is a 2003 Zt-T cdti135

Cheers for any help all.
