Default chinese satnav dab radio

hi to all
i have a chinese satnav dab radio and the satnav is igo primo and the updates are available from naviextas.com but i am unable to connect my unit to download has anyone else had the same trouble can anyone help

I have some unidentified (probably Chinese) DD unit in the 260, I'm sure the IGO satnav database is on a micro SD card. There are two micro SD card slots, one for music, one for the satnav. You'd need to pop the card out, download the update to a computer/laptop then install on the SD card.

hello steve
i have seen that site and you have to contact them first to see if they have a suitable update for your unit then you pay $10 and then they send you a link to download there are two links one is 6gb so you need to have a very good internet network that allows you to download my network wont allow me to download so i am waiting for my internet upgrade so i can download
