ZT-T CDTI 05 plate

I have a 05 plate BRG ZT-T in BRG
full leather electric seats, HID, 6 Grid spokes wheels, good tyres, MOT in March 2017
Complete service history. Webasto auxiliary heater (retro fitted by me) About 67000 miles. 2 complete working keys and 1 spare blank ( no transponder or remote control)
Fan resistor has been renewed, as have the intercooler o rings, EGR valve has been by-passed
Air bag connections have been soldered. Good handbrake.
A good car that I've owned for 4 years (I think)

Bad bits
I think there is a drop link just starting to rattle, either that or the engine tray is loose (again)
there is a slight scratch on the n/s front door,
Cruise controls not working
Headlight washer installation by me never quite finished!

Looking for £1100 or an offer close to it.

Why? I have changed jobs and cant justify the fleet I once enjoyed
