Keith Alexander, one of the founding fathers of the Club, and a top chap.
No longer a member of the club team, but does still post here and over on .org too. Many a good technical thread and How To written by him and he has a T4 too. https://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/forum/member.php?u=12 |

Question is thinking worse case scenario how much would it cost to slap another engine in there?

Whats happened to my pride and joy
That is my old car. Put it in for part x about 2 months ago and I can assure you it was in perfect working order then. I bought it off Keith Alexander almost 3 years ago now and like I said it was running perfectly when I got rid. By the way the only reason I did get rid of it is to buy a deisel cos I now work 50 miles away and as you can imagine the ZTT was a bit costly even when the trip to work is mostly motorway. If the ICE parts are still in as I left it, then it did have the BM52 dual tuner and a BMW MK3 sat nav. So not a bad price just for them.

what did you p/x for - are you still in a ZTT??
Methinks they probably dont realise how well sorted that car is - and if cheap enough would be a good one for renovation.... |
