Why would anyone want this?

Any purchaser would likely be registered blind, and wouldnt be able to drive the vehicle anyway.

Why do people try to sell cars and leave them looking like a skip when they take photographs?

I can never understand that either and it needs some small repairs and I’ve got the parts. If they have the parts go fit them
