Default Cruise Control Diags

Seeing as this is a subject of Discussion from the Diags menu shown above selecting cruise does this

Once through the waffle screens the following options can be tested

E.G checking switch Status

Note Cruise is not a dealer configurable option so for cars without Cruise it may be set from the PDI menu as part of a retrofit exercise.

The Diags are fairly extensive.

Talking T4 functions

Hi Keith,

Wow a very comprehensive set of screens in such a short while, you've been busey. From the FBH screens am I right in thinking that this unit will check out the FBH unit and tell if the small fuel supply pump is ok and if the heater unit itself is ok.

Mine can be heared to wind up but I cannot hear the fuel pump clicking under the rear drivers side wheel arch, I am assuming its either stuck or simply died, can this be confirmed through the T4 unit testing.

Cheers and all the very best for Christmas and may I book a T4 visit for some time in the New Year, lets get Christmas out of the way first. Not sure when I'll be sober enough to drive over the next few days.

Cheers,

Andy

That simply means I do not have Bathrobe locking enabled on my car. If I did it means I could start the car with one key and lock it with another whilst it is still running

Excellent screen shots there Keith. One day I'll make a point of 'booking myself in' with you and your T4 to run through my cars various options and all that.

Nice to see your happy playing with your new toy! Hopefully very soon you'll be the all-knowing expert on the T4
