Mine arrived today without anything to pay, trouble with DHL and the like they pay the customs and send you a bill a couple of weeks later.
Don't suppose I'll know for about 3 or 4 weeks. Just got a bill from Fedex this morning for a screen I imported 2 weeks ago. Best bit is the customs duty was £5 and Fedex's bill was £10 Andy |

Just have read some reactions in the German BMW and Audi Forum. They are not happy with the quality of their items.
Touchscreen problems, Music stops when pressing a button, system hangs up. So for all people who have bought one meantime : be critical and post your experiences please.

Hi I think it looks similar but obviously a different product. I have only had mine a few days but have no problems with it and I think it wise to use good qualify micro SD cards. We all know that the Chinese make everything these days including top quality badged items and ofcourse cheap end products and IMO this not the latter.
What I like with the unit is the strong facia support with steel support behind the facia plastic make it rigid. My old standard facia split by the screw holes and this unit has the steel re-inforrcement behind the screw holest .The unit fits perfectly without any modifications . The user interface is good and I am still exploring the many user preferences |

Dvd.
Hi Picky, Thanks for sending me the pics, this stupid laptop won't let me past Content Control so I still only get the red crosses. Anyone know how to cancel Content Control?, Toshiba are useless when it comes to problem solving.

TomTom is indeed installed on a micro SD card. It is a copy - version 6000 (7370) You can buy an updated version on SD card or disc from TomTom and simply copy it to your micro SD card.
I already have a portable TomTom one version 3, so I simply updated my safety camera sites then copied to my PC then copied to my SD card. Could do the same with maps, but I only have UK maps on my TT One. Only problem with the older 7370 software installed on the micro card is you can only search the first three digits of post code, then enter street name. Easy enough, but I do prefer full search, so may copy my UK only maps.
