They are £10.29 + VAT SSP. from XPart Parts dealers and Rimmers (but probably cheaper).

Members should always check by posting up on Forums as often the Price on EBay is far above the Full Price new from XPart, and often still available.

Paul, just did a check, and the later number plate plinth (with said badge) is still available from Xpart:

DRC000090MMM Applique assembly-licence plate @ £102.79 + VAT

The facelift plinth with black Rover lettering is DRC000230MMM and costs £85.58 + VAT

But its the original pre-project drive plinths that are no longer available DRJ100061MMM

As an alternative... you can remove the badge from a wheel centre cap and fit this on the boot.
