Cool

Morning all.

Autumnal feel to the weather this morning.

My niece is coming to visit me today, and I cannot wait to see her. She is on holiday with her boyfriend, and his family, in Bude. About 1 hours drive away.
Going to lunch at Louis Tea Rooms at Kit Hill on the outskirts of Callington.

G'day all - 'tis a bit on the windy side here - not much sunshine either.
Friday shopping run this morning which I'm not looking forward to. Our local Morrisons are altering their store, which includes using part of the car park for constructor's site cabins, and another section for some sort of huge refrigeration plant. Result - about 20 car parking spaces lost until the alterations are complete in October

Weird morning! Woke up, glanced at the clock, 6:45, turned over again. Woke up again, the clock was blank, looked at the mobile, 7:30. Through to the lounge and kitchen, some things were working, others weren't, even things off sockets in the same room, no lights at all. Asked my neighbour, his electric was ok. Checked the fuses, all fine. Was going to ask my neighbour if he knew a decent spark but decided to try switching things off first, maybe narrow down the cause of the problem. Went to switch the cooker off and noticed the clock on it was flashing, same with the microwave, everything had sprung back into life again
