My other half, the legendary Angie Lester, will be singing in the above mentioned from 8-11pm. If you're a fan of '60s and '70s music, with a few modern classics thrown in, you''ll have a darn good night. All welcome. Thank you

Really sorry Phil but this flipin cold is dragging me down and it's decided to add a hacking cough today. Just hope I feel better by next Thursday as the last thing I feel like at the moment is a 500 mile drive to Scotland.

Well, Angie had a great night, and so impressed were the attending committee members, that they called an emergency meeting in situ, and booked her for New Year's Eve!! They had previously voted to have no entertainment. Looks like I'll have to book Travelodge again...
