5 Hours Later...
So I got stuck in with the clay and kit that alanaslan sent me today. I have more work to do inside, under the bonnet, and underneath, but this is it so far....5 hours or more later lol! Shame I can't take it somewhere nice for decent pics! So want the stainless panels under the bonnet now...

The claying was much easier than I thought! The polishing was really hard work today though! My arms ache. I also smell like a strawberry as the wax was that scent hahaha! I don't have any tyre shine as the car shops here are all closed. Also nothing for my black trim and under the bonnet. So many jobs and can't get the stuff!

Autoglym is easy to Polish on and off but some think it is expensive (not me!).

Only brown for my walking boots! Not to worry she's back in bed now! I think the charger might arrive tomorrow to tinker with. And the Avensis is off to the garage to get the wipers fixed of all the times to stop working!!!

Polishing will be a lot easier if you can get a random orbital polisher. A lot easier to use than you might think, and very safe to use. Lots of instructional videos on YouTube. Can all get quite addictive, but I suspect you've found that out already . Great work. Cliff

Yes the claying was fun! I have been scared of it in the past but not any more!
