Default Rust, no MGR content

Hi all , looking for things to do while "furloughed" in lockdown and have ran out of car jobs. The beemer has rust in the usual places for an E46, front wheel arches and rear arch where it meets the sill. Very common on these and even being garaged for the first 15 years of its life hasn't helped. Never done any bodywork before so can someone link to the gear I need please and some tips on how to use it? I think replacement wings in the correct colour is probably the easiest way for the fronts it's just waiting for some to come up. Rears will need something from either me or body shop. Pic of the car below.....

Sill covers are plastic on these, I'm sure I'll find more underneath but looks clean from below when it was mot'd in Jan.

I have a chap who does body work and you really do need to change the wings. He buys wings from Charles Trent online who will have a big stock of wings. You maybe lucky and get the correct colour but if you get a genuine used one in a different colour at least it will fit not like the NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD- copies.

Also email Global parts in London they have sold me loads of bits for my Beemers over the years. Great prices too!

Yep it's pretty good except for those areas, pics show the worst as the nearside seems to be much better. Interior is good, slight wear on the drivers bolster but the grey leather seems to show it more than black would.
