Default A Old War Horse That Refuses Too Die unless I strip for parts.

Hiya all how's everybody doing, well in a bit of a dilemma too be honest, in fact I'm thinking of striping Christine for parts too keep our fine cars going.

At the same time I can't do it, Time and time again she's proven to be one hell of a car, the amount of stick I got from owning a Rover what car has rescued so many others, you guessed it Christine was right there in the thick of it.

Every place I've been I've always come back there's no denying I've spent a hell of cash into too keep her going, I love the car too bits I really do but I can't keep doing this for ever.

Right now looks a bit of a old war horse, For those who seen her now will know what I mean.

That what she looks like right now, Yeah she looks like she's seen combat and lived through too tell the tale.

She's damn fine British engineering with German technology powering her up.

When things have got serious as of recently she did her job and she did it well.

What she looked like over the years.

She's been a tank.
She's been too bovington.
She's seen a tank a Chieftain
She's been a beer carrier at BBQ's.
She's been on holiday.
She's been too the beach.
She's been a wedding car.
She's been xmas tree.
She's been on dyno.
She's been a parts and engine collector.
She's seen the Caenarfron Castle.
She's been too Brecon too check out Steve nicks fine motor.
She's been sold and came back after a few months later.
She's been too meets.

Do you know what she's been all over the map.
I really don't know what too do.

One of the worst things about owning a pet, is to know when its the right time to say goodbye............but I'll be (naughty word) if I'm gonna dig a hole big enough for a 75 :-)

I know what you mean, Part of me wants too strip her and get some cash out of her, at the same time If I were too buy other 75/ZT could be doing all the work that needs doing all over again.

Better the devil you know, at the moment she's in live with my bank account.
Hell I might as well give my pin number and account number.

She practically owns the bank.

That's the trouble with cars like these, they cease being a mode of transport, and become a pet. A very badly behaved, incontinent, slightly smelly pet that like to chew the furniture, and will hump the leg of any visitor.
But you still love them.
I bet every photo you've posted here has a story behind it, so keep her going mate, never mind the money, you'd only waste it on something unimportant, like rent, or food.
She may not be the prettiest thing out there, but she's earned her wrinkles honestly, and she's got character

Other reason I want too keep her too so I eventually do this.

This is my dream project for her.
https://the75andztclub.co.uk/forum/s...omorphic+green

This is not helping me is it.

What do you think I should I do keep or get rid, Or buy a pearl black or biomothic green ZT already and then paint the areas I want too paint, it would be cost effective.

Saves having too respray a whole car, but it wouldn't be Christine would it.

That's Christine all over she's got a bit of a attitude a bit like a American redneck.

But still I can't help but too like her for it, We've had some great fun including some back seat moments.

The girl I was seeing liked the car. I'll end it there.
She's been through the wars and still keeps coming back for more.

Every photo has a story including this

Me and Christine and asked for help from a local bobby.

Its not over yet or is it.
