Like that here at the moment. 30c each day and no rain for a month, becoming a dustbowl out there.

Replace both front discs and calipers, and new brake hoses.

Today I replaced the cone filter that came on my car, it looked like some cheapo unit as it was starting to rust away and small cracks in the fine mesh were appearing, it's lucky nothing got sucked in!

The previous owner did leave a replacement shannon tube that I was able to utilise, sadly I never had enough of the right jubilee clip.

Had a go at changing both drop links today on my zt, with the help of Arctics how to forum, it was so easy to follow, step by step, and also photos,i did what was suggested by Steve, cutting a bit of the thread off the top of the new drop link,to make room for a ring spanner, and also grinding down the width of the 17mm open ended spanner, to fit into the narrow space below the ball joint,so a big thank you to Steve for sharing that info on the how to forum, you made the job so much easier for myself and others,

had the air-con degassed on the ZT in readiness to remove the front end and change the condenser, having confirmed that there is a leak from the bottom union where it bolts to the condenser. Confirming my thoughts about the oily marks and the aircon not working as good as I thought it should be.

Might just be the o rings but figured I might as well change the condenser (from Jules) at the same time - don't want to have to do the job twice.

7 straight hours in the sun later.....
New front calipers, hoses and copper pipes. Plus bleeding obviously
Then a newish MAF sensor and fuel filter, since everything was in bits anyway

Quite tired now lol

Today I discovered that my door cards seem to be held in by gravity, I can see holes where things are supposed to be but there's nothing there, the deeper I go into this car the worse it is...
