Found that the gasket kit for the power steering pump in the kv6 engine is the same as the landrover freelander one. Don't have the part number though.

Default Diesel in tank pump alternatives

I have just purchased a diesel in tank pump for my ZT, (the metal pump inside the plastic fuel sender).
On the packaging it gave a list of other vehicles in which the same pump is used.
I thought I'd post the info in case it might be useful for when its getting harder to locate pumps for our cars.

VW Passat 1.9 & 2.5 TDI 1998-2005
Skoda Octavia 1.9 TDI 1998-2004 LU2 & LU5 models
Skoda Roomster 1.4 TDI 2007-2014
Hyundai Accent 1.5 CRDI 2002-2005
Hyundai Getz 1.5 CRDI 2003-2005

Very important interchangeable part! - the plastic bearing (idler) for KV6 - LHV100110 can be changed with metallic one from KIA Carnival 2,5 KV6. This is the same KV6 from Rover.

Expansion Tank Cap from BMW part number 17137639023 is ok for our 75, looks a bit different, see the pictures.

Thought I'd post this on here as it may prove useful to others at some point. I snapped the connector to the headlamp washer pump on my facelift ZT when removing the hose to diagnose a fault with the non-return valve.

X-Part only supply the complete hose assembly (DNH000250) and these are £71.63 +VAT from the only supplier I could find (A E Wilcox).

However, I have found that these are made by Hella and are used on various other vehicles. The non-return valve is available from BMW for £9.11 +VAT on part number 61668361447.

And the pump/washer connectors (these are a 90° fitment, two on the original hose are 70° or so, but these are very similar and fit OK) are also available from BMW on part number 61678252741 for £2.00 each +VAT.

Hopefully this helps someone someday!

Default Oil Filter Cross References

I'm looking for any oil filter part numbers for the 2.5 that can be cross referenced to Wix or Amsoil.
