Default Great advert

Full marks for honesty, and a great sense of humour.

At least you are fully aware of what you are going to get. Brilliant and funny.

Wow, aggravation by the bucket load!

Love the way he has publicized his non-helpful bidders.

Last car off the line on a Friday afternoon just before a bank holiday...

it could be one fix away from being fixed. I don't know the value of these cars but if your an expert it may be worth a punt if cheap enough

P38 was unfortunately something of a technology demonstrator - lots of bleeding edge (for Land Rover) tech, not that much in the way of reliability, and a fair few implementation problems.

I know my local landie specialist makes most of their money fixing trivial to not so trivial stuff on P38s - I'll almost never go in and not find one in for *something* being done with the air suspension.

It's a bit of a lottery with the P38. I did a lot of miles in two and they never put a foot wrong but a friend of mine had no end of pain with his.

Its not just the P38. My 1977 2 door Range Rover was a bit of a pig. I was lucky to get my money back in the end. Today they command serious money to buy them.
