Default Brake light wiring,

Right.

The green/purple wire, pin 25 on the LCM. this goes to the brake pedal switch, does it go anywhere else?

I've checked it with my multimeter and it's not broken. BUT switch and LCM disconnected, I get 8v at the LCM multi plug with ignition turned on.

Can I cut the wire both ends and replace it?

I'm about ready to weight this rover in for scrap. It's an insane amount of time and effort I've put into this for a stupid fault.

According to the wiring diagram it doesn't go from LSM to brake switch pedal directly but via header K109 which is located at the bottom of the A pillar drivers side

Traced it and it goes past both. There isnt a single green wire with purple trace in either of the headers on the A pillar
