Radiator hose
Hello, greetings from way down south. Can someone give me the part or reference number for the hose that runs from the radiator expansion tank to the thermostat on the 2.5 V6. I thought the thermostat was the cause of my coolant loss, but fortunately not, the above hose is the culprit.

Many thanks MWMan and T-Cut.
The hose is shown as item 8 on TC's link. The hose connects to the expansion tank and then one branch goes to the heater and the other to the thermostat. I have managed a temporary repair by cutting the hose at the split and inserting a plastic sleeve. Unfortunately the new hose aint cheap. Hopefully my repair will last till the cambelts, water pump etc are done in approx. 20,000kms when I will also replace the thermostat. John |
