Default ABS light missing

Just bought a 2l cdt se classic.

After having a good look over it. I noticed that the ABS warning light doesn't come on.

I stripped the speedo unit looking for the bulb. Guess what?

It's been taken out. Unfortunately. The bulb is part of the circuit board. I've been looking for a replacement on Ebay. Trouble is, what will fit my car?

Any suggestions?

If you can post the IPK (Speedo) down to me I can solder another led in for the cost of the return post...

Where did you buy it from?, a non functioning ABS system will fail MOT, so why was the 'bulb' taken out?

I suspect that will be revealed once Klarzy has put the led back in!

If you can't eliminate the fault eliminate the warning!

Hopefully with new software to pinpoint ABS faults this will become less common.

Once I have the Speedo back. I'll contact someone with a T4 to help pinpoint the real problem.

I know there must be an ABS fault. Otherwise someone wouldn't have removed the LED.
