Default abs unit diesel

.

I've been looking on Rimmers for an ABS unit for a diesel tourer. This is on their site

Item 1 in this section

http://www.rimmerbros.co.uk/Item--i-GRID001559

So, my question is are all non traction control ABS units the same as I can't find any other reference to petrol or diesel?
Obviously won't buy one at that price, I'll get a good second hand one from a trader if I need it.

Reason: I have a weeping pipe fitting on the ABS unit from the Master
As usual it's the one nearest the bulkhead and is the only one I can't undo.
I've used a crows foot pipe socket and the corners have rounded, so it's very tight.
I have it soaking in plus gas at the moment and will cut the pipe and use a wall drive socket to get it out.
As it's so tight I'm expecting it to shear off! Hence the question.
Thanks in anticipation.
