Main thing I had against the 45s was the sloping driving desk, one eye on the line ahead and the other on your cup as it slid towards the edge

My interest is mainly the Church Fenton area which lies between Leeds and York. I used the Church Fenton railway station many moons ago and I was quite surprised by the size and number of platforms given that Church Fenton itself was but a small village at that time and probably still is. I lived and worked in that area for a number of years and during my almost daily runs in the surrounding countryside I often saw the trains passing between Leeds and York. Another thing which sticks in my mind from that area is the bright golden haze on the meadows when the rapeseed crops were coming up for harvesting - it was blinding at times in bright sunlight.

Evening all, been absent for a few days, been sending emails to various members with pics of a Rover one of my customers is selling. That combined with cleaning the car for tomorrow's meet, the first one of the year for us here in the frozen north. It has been cold today too, just as well I was kept warm polishing.

Ah right! No it doesn't go that far east, Leeds station is the terminating point and I'm sure I saw on the route map there was a line going to Holbeck shed.
I copy/pasted this from the scenarios on this game.

Evening Rich, I've only been out to the greenhouse to water the plants & that's been it today, the wind has been cold here too, thick cardy weather for me.

Nice one Steve, i'll have a shufty at those later, just got a good HD stream for the Masters golf so I'm watching that with a bottle of Henry Westons cider.

Been out with the hedge trimmer again today. Did a couple of bushes, trimmed, lifted the clippings then out with the garden vac . . . . then my back said ENOUGH! Just the holly tree still to do, did the ivy on the wall yesterday. Its not the trimming that goes for my back, its lifting the clippings and being stooped over with the garden vac.

Dawn and Julien
Hi Dawn and Julien thank you, appreciated

Apparently all of us have this virus, which only surfaces when we have a shock or if our immunity is low. The nights are worse for the pain and the itching. Tonight I am on week 3 out of 8 weeks of treatment. I told Jessica today, if it looks as though I am not responding to the medication, I will fly to London to be treated at Moorfields. She says I can beat it

Here is looking at you kid!
