Morning all - lovely and sunny, warm without being hot and at the moment, we're getting reasonably cool nights so at least I can get a good night's kip - the ideal Summer weather.
The radio fitter guy installed my new head unit yesterday - so today I'm off to play with all the buttons - whilst awaiting delivery of some replacement door speakers. The new head unit has proved that the current speakers are pretty rubbish - so I decided to spend a few bob more and improve them.

Thanks Julien, there is a definite improvement since starting the antibiotics yesterday, the V and D has stopped. Just wiped out and the gripes. I had it last week, it went away and then it came back. I think it was the pork chops. Apart from all of that, I am having a lovely time watching movies and admiring Andy's holiday photos he posted up. His Ooozooo photo for breakfast would go down a treat and his stick on tattoos look fun to wear Seriously Debs and himself deserve the best holiday ever

The cameras I have are made by Swann and I bought the kit from Maplin, who arranged the installation through sub-contractors. 30m of ethernet cable for each camera came with the kit. There was plenty of cable left over, but the fitter refused to trim it back. He said the warranty would be invalid if he made the cut, so I tidied it all up myself using cable ties. The cameras serve more as a visual deterrent, than anything else, but they do work. Cobwebs are a nuisance - easily remedied.

It's grand country for doing just that Bob. I hope the weather improved for you after we left St Austell back in the middle of June - it looked set fair to do so
I've come to the conclusion that Cornwall is all downhill from my neck of the woods - I always get better fuel consumption going South than when I return home North/uphill - 28.5 mpg as against only 26.2
Mind you - that's still not too bad with 1400 kgs of caravan hung on the back (and a few bottles of cider in the car!)

Morning Phil - blimey mate - you do have the most appalling bad luck when it comes to your health - all credit to you for shrugging off your ailments and not letting them got on top of you. I think a lot of people would have taken to the bottle by now if they had the same ailments as you.
Best wishes for a speedy recovery from me and 'er indoors - and say hello to your nurse Jessica too!
