Whatever you decide to use, make sure you DO NOT USE paper towels, they put more grease marks on the screen than you had before you started.

I used autoglym glass polish-twice and changed my blades to bosch ones, these were the only things that worked on mine.

I use Bosch blades as well but I use a basic glass cleaner, currently the one from Halfords.

I use G101 sold by AuotoSmart on all of our car windscreens inside & out when used on the inside to remove traffic film I then use a good glass cleaner I don't suffer with glare problems. Some of us use it on our Mobile Crane windscreens /windows with the same results.: It's a non caustic multi purpose cleaner it has many other usage possibilities and is very economical to use.

No need to use steel wire wool. Brass wool won't scratch your glass and is much easier to use.

I would not let Fairy liquid, or any other washing up liquid anywhere near my car.

I have seen lots of cars with stripped lacquer and damaged paintwork, on the roof, as a result of people putting the stuff in their washer bottle.

Good for washing plates but nasty on cars, as it contains lots of salt.
