Default help please

hi im new here and will prob need alot of help through various disabilitys but could someone please tell me what this is in the pic as when i go over a speed ramp or cats eyes in the road when over taking it seems to be scraping

Hello William,

It's a bit difficult to tell from where you have taken the photograph, but I think it's your engine undertray hanging down.

its ur engine under tray , think ur missing a few grip screws , in sure someone on here will have some spares around somewhere or u could either just take it off till u get the grip screws

hi simon my daughter had to take the pic for me she said she took the pic between drivers door and wheel as i cant get down under there to check myself :-( is it a easy fix?

I'd tend to agree with Simon, looks like some replacement fittings are in order - cable ties would suffice for the time being though.

thank you gaz i cant get down under car but it going back to where i bought it monday or tuesday as engine management needs looking at and sales place said it will be put on computer to reset :-)

yes easy fix , get yourself some grip screws and screw them back into the clips

I have some fixings in stock from £2.49 inc P+P to re-secure the tray properly - the set contains tough bolts and matching spring-brackets to make sure it's not going anywhere.

As one member commented, 'you could swing from it'!
