isnt that a bit pricey?
when i was considering selling my 01connie with 25k, personal line plum interior, the suggestions seemed to be that 3k was a good price. do the estates always attract such a premium? regards Paul |

+ estate + warranty? I'm sure in the current financial situation car prices are very negotiable

No worries, now I know you want a saloon I will continue to keep an eye out. There are numerous places I check including the ones you mention as well as: http://www.teletextcars.co.uk/vehicle-list http://www.compucars.co.uk/ http://www.motors.co.uk/ http://www.exchangeandmart.co.uk/ http://www.fish4.co.uk/cars/ http://glasgow.gumtree.com/ (just change the city to anywhere near you) http://www.carfinderscotland.co.uk/home_page.php (It might be a long journey) http://www.roadrecord.co.uk/ (another Scottish one) http://www.whatcar.com/used-cars-for-sale/ Cast your net as far and wide as possible and keep looking. Your ideal car will turn up. Good luck. Derek

is it me or are there not many black 75's around compared to other colours? my father in law wanted a diesel to use as his taxi in york after having a go in mine but there really werent many around. is this due to the tastes of original rover buyers?
there seem to be lots of golds, pale blue and pale greens |

Cheers Derek
I've looked again at the photo's, earlier in the thread, of the black saloon in Dudley and it does look gorgeous. It will have been worth the wait once I find one. I've now saved most of your links in my favourites and I'll keep searching. Just a straw poll, but of the 31 auto, diesel, connoisseur, saloons currently on Autotrader, there are: 11 Silver 10 Blue 5 Gold 2 Green 2 Red 1 Grey

Black can look fantastic. did you ever see a member M3NDEREZ car (Carl)? He is no longer a member on here but he had a black saloon that he modified somewhat. I thought it looked brilliant. The wheels were from an Audi R8 of all things. Derek
