Any particular parts Hans?
I have loads of broken, and working spares used for repairs.

Hi John,

I have one with a very peculiar fault.
When you turn the menu knob one step left or right the cursor on the display moves two steps.
For instance when entering a street name the curser moves a c e g, same thing in the main menu and when selecting a radio station.
The BMBT generates the correct ibus message ie "BMBT --> GT : BM_Knob: Left 1 step".
I tried loading a different OS to see if maybe the code handling the knob would end up in a different memory location but to no avail.
Still think it's a memory problem either in the processor or external.
It's a pity there's no documentation on these units.
I realize this is not a commercially viable enterprise, more an exercise for the brain.

Hans
