Screen washer fluid
Hi all,
I've recently discovered my washer fluid isn't working. After taking a look I have discovered that the line for the passenger side nose isn't connected but after re attaching it nothing is comming out and what sounds like a whining nosie is comming from what I assume is the pump. If anyone knows what/ how to fix or deal with the issue, please can you give me some guidance. Cheers, Luca Sent from my SM-G991B using Tapatalk |

Sounds like a blocked filter. Remove and give it a good clean

Hi Luca,
Use a stiff wire to unblock the hose and where it goes into the bottle. Check the bottle is full and has no cracks or leaks. Undo the pipe at each union to see where the blockage is, try pumping it each time. You won't get any flow if the jets are frozen! |

99% it will be the pump filter, Jack the car up and remove the o/s front wheel not forgetting the axle stands, remove or peel back the wheel liner to gain access behind the bumper you will see the washer bottle with the pump, pull up and out the pump then you need to remove the filter it's the black grommet that you have taken the pump out of, give it a good clean and if you have a air line blow it out, then just refit the filter and pump and check it's all working refit liner and wheel Bob's your uncle fannys your wife
