Default Still no cold air on the 260's A/C

Been going through the system slowly when I have the time.

Fan replaced with 2 speeder & Resistor .
Clutch on the Compressor stripped and now engaging properly
Modified the leaky motorized Water Valve to work properly.
Had system drained pressure tested and Refilled .
Compressor is nice and Smooth to rotate .

But so far .. no cold air.. A/C pipes do not get cold .

Shied away from a full strip down, would rather isolate the prob first ?

Any clues peeps ?.

Chris

at the risk of getting you to double post Chris,
has fitting your new Valve ensemble worked as you'd hoped?

the old valve was working OK, but was leaking a small amount, so while i was at it decided to sort it.
new one is working. and the heater side now stays cold when needed.

Can I hijack and ask a similar question? My ac doesn't operate, the low speed fan works, demists widescreen no bother, the condenser is good,I did the test that Jules posted, removed the trinary plug and the fan never reduced in speed, of the two pipes, one gets warm, the other clay cold when ac is activated. If the weather is warm,i get warm air with ac switched on and the temp set at its lowest, with the ac off,and just the blowers on ,the air is cool, but only once travelling.Eg if the car has been standing in the sun,the air is warm until you get moving then it blows cool.
Is it just a case of get a re gas done? If weather is cool like today, then the air from vents is cool.
