Default Heater/Blower

I know the V8 creates a lot of heat, that gets into the cabin. My previous ZT 190’s cabin got a bit warm with the heater/blower completely off, so I’m used to this. All my research before I bought the 260 said to me the cabin gets warm.

But; when I have the heater on ECON & LO, the air out the vents is stuffy, is this the ‘heater valve’ packing up? (Just had the a/c serviced & it works beautifully, cools down the cabin nicely.)

Steve.

I reckon that's the case with 75s/zts of the v6 persuasion too. Possibly worse in the v8.

Mind you, nothing compared to a Corvette Stingray....like being in a sauna.
