Evening all; just when I thougjt it was safe to change my sig, I get more s@%$ poured on me. We couldn't exchange contracts today because one party haven't received the help to buy deposit.On top of that mum is back in hospital. Why the f'$@ do I even bother trying to continue. Goodnight
