Thank you Jason for the advice concerning your friend on Facebook. Let’s hope he gets help for himself. Living in the tropics, I drink from a pint mug. In the morning, I have 2 mugs of tea and one mug of coffee before I go out. I read if I drink 1-2 coffees daily, it will stop dementia. The coffee and tea is a formula which staves off dehydration and gives me a bit of oomph. I must be doing ok, as all of my bloods have been normal for the past 12 months. Last June the doc gave me bad news, but I wouldn’t have any of it as sometimes they get it wrong and I feel great. I am still here and enjoying the simple things in life. Next week we are going on safari and to the coast for R&R.

It’s lovely to see you posting, hope everything is going well for you

G'day all - well, it hasn't really been a good day. We left all the caravan packing and checks etc. until today, as it was so damp and miserable yesterday. Lo and behold - it's been much worse today - denser fog, more rain and totally yuk.
We had no choice but to get on with packing, as we go tomorrow morning. It's finally all done, but I feel like (and probably look like) a sheet of blotting paper. A few hot chilli sausages for tea, a session in the shower and then an early rise in the morning - aiming to leave once the morning rush hour is over.
So, if you spot an 08 reg., black Honda CRV with a caravan in tow - give me a flash
First stop is Gloucester - via A172, A19, A168, A1(M). M18, M1 then A42, M42, M5
