Heated Seats don't work

Or at least one of them!

Both the console switches light up, and the passenger side seat works, according to SWMBO. But the driver's side one doesn't heat up at all. Anyone know if it's likely to be a simple fix - such as a loose connector, and if so, where?

Everything else on the car works, no problem.
